How To Get Ex Girlfriend Back

Clearly it is better to try to get your relationship back on track before it goes as far as a divorce but often it is not possible. However just because the break up has gone through does not mean that it is impossible to get your ex girlfriend back. In any relationship there are a wide variety of reasons that may contribute to a break up. Here are some key areas you need to look at.

REASON 1

Had you started to take your girlfriend and relationship for granted? This is one of the major reasons for relationship break downs. It is too easy to stop paying a loved one the attention they need. Communication, on all levels, is critical. Talking as well as listening. Be honest with yourself here and try to recall the last time you told your girlfriend you loved her? Gave her a cuddle? Said “thank you” for a lovely meal? Took her out? Despite popular opinion to the opposite, women are easily pleased if only men would realise it. A little attention and appreciation goes a long long way.

REASON 2

Did you treat your ex as an equal? Did you help around the house? Another major reason for breakdowns is the fact that too many men treat their girlfriend's like their mothers and expect everything done for them around the house. Household chores should be shared especially if both of you are working. No woman wants to “mother” their partner. Were YOU guilty of this?

REASON 3

Were either of you unfaithful? The breakdown of trust causes many problems and if either of you were unfaithful then you have a long journey to take. However the most important things to do are to sever all connections with the third party and to apologise. Sounds easy (though its not) but men should realise that saying “sorry” will go a long way but is something that men historically are very bad at doing.

Whilst these are some of the key reasons for relationship breakdowns there are more but it is important to note that relationships can be rebuilt over time.
